Wine Wool Felt Western Style Scarf HatFabric is a wool felt and the color is a true wine. Western style with a wide brim, wired on the edges so it can be moved a bit. Hatband is a matching grosgrain ribbon. Underneath is attached a warm knit scarf that can be wrapped around the neck and tied in the back or just tied under the chin.
